Once a year, Parker’s business owners, elected officials, and residents fill one room to hear the Mayor’s address on where our community is headed. In 2027, that room is the main theater at the Parker Arts, Culture & Events Center on February 25, the event is free to attend, and we expect a full house. The Rotary Club of Parker produces State of the Town in partnership with the Town of Parker, and our sponsors make it possible.
Why sponsor
Months of visibility. The Town promotes the event through the monthly Talk of the Town newsletter (28,017 households), Facebook (33,433 followers), Instagram (12,277 followers), Nextdoor (39,144 members), ParkerCO.gov (690,451 views in 2025), and electronic message boards across the community. Sponsors travel with it.
Recognition on the day. Sponsors appear on event signage, in the printed program, and on screen, and higher levels include time at the podium. This year, student governments from Parker-area high schools join the program.
A room worth being in. Rotary’s Toast to Parker follows at 6:00 PM, a VIP reception with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and conversation with Mayor Rivero and Parker’s business and civic leaders. Attendance is limited to 100 guests, and sponsors get first access to tickets.
A second event. Gold sponsors and above are also recognized at our new spring community celebration.

Where your support goes
Sponsorships flow through the Rotary Club of Parker Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (Tax ID 84-1333519), into local scholarships, veterans projects, programs supporting individuals with disabilities, and international service. Our all-volunteer club plans to put over $100,000 to work this year.
